Some causes of anxiety, panic attacks, depression, (including all the complications; addiction, PTSD, self harm, suicidal tendencies, enduring mental health issues etc) are deeply embedded in our past. Childhood issues whether they be sexual, physical, emotional abuse, neglect, poverty, dysfunctional parenting etc, can and does have lifelong negative effects and consequences; affecting and impacting negatively not just on our lives, but also handed down to those closest to us. Long term therapy is a journey into your life. A journey of reflection, one where you will be accompanied and supported while you challenge negative learnt patterns and destructive behaviours.
